We are specialized in creating novel surface textures, e.g. height map and normal maps, for the use in next-generation games and 3D computer animation. We can generate normal maps and diffuse or specular maps from real materials. These maps can be further edited to generate new normal or reflectance representations based on artists' creative ideas or to meet the design requirement. We can also grow a small sample texture or even normal maps to arbitrary sizes so that seamless texture mapping can be achieved.
Our technique on capture, editing, synthesis and visualization of surface textures can also be used together for a wide range of design tasks, such as design of textile products, soft furnishings, work surfaces, textured finishes, cladding for buildings, and car interiors.
